You can email Diane Kimble and include the resource you want, quantity, and the address to where it will be mailed to. Quantities are limited however.  You can also request electronic copies of these resources as well. Also, we have a publications page here where you can download these and other publications at your convenience. Publications are subject to availability and new publications will be added soon.
