The Consumer Advisory Committee of Inland Regional Center (IRC CAC), a group of people with developmental disabilities, 16 years old and older, come together once a month, on the 2nd Thursday of each month with the purpose on speaking out their ideas on different events, trainings, and advocating for people to follow their dreams.
This month: FIT AS A FIDDLE – STAYING FIT
