To receive feedback on the level of services you receive, we request that you comment each year on whether you wish to continue working with your current CSC, using the form ICRC 35c.

If, at any time, you are dissatisfied with the service you are receiving, you may request to change your CSC. Upon your request, a program manager will discuss your situation with you and may either assist in solving a problem or assign you a new CSC.
