Contacting My CSC
Upon becoming eligible for services, you will receive a letter notifying you of your CSCs name. This person will contact you shortly thereafter to schedule your first in-person meeting, which can be held at your home or other mutually agreed upon location.
Following this meeting, you can contact your CSC by phone to schedule additional appointments. If your CSC is unavailable when you call, you can leave a voice mail with your name, phone number, and a brief message about why you are calling, and he/she will return your call within the next business day. If you are a parent, please also include your child’s name in the message. Voice mail messages are checked regularly.
If, at any time, you feel your calls are not being returned in a timely manner, please ask the phone operator to connect you with the program manager for your assigned CSC or email them here.
