File an Appeal, Complaint, Comment
We strive to make every partnership a beneficial and positive experience. However, there may be a time when a consumer or their family is dissatisfied with the service provided to them. If this occurs, we want to be informed so we can review decisions and meet your needs. Whenever possible, we prefer issues are first addressed internally with your CSC or their supervisor. If necessary, you may request to speak to the executive director regarding the issue.
If you feel the issue is still unresolved, you may request an appeal in which the regional center will formally review your case. You have the right to appeal, express complaints and comment on our decisions at any time and we hope to resolve your issue as quickly and fairly as possible.
