If there is an emergency and you need to speak with your CSC but are only getting their voicemail, press “0” for assistance. An assigned Duty Officer of the Day is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to provide assistance. Duty Officers of the Day rotate among the staff CSCs so you will always be connected with a knowledgeable staff member.

To speak to someone after hours, you may call our emergency phone number at (909) 820-3900 or toll free at 1 (866) 230-7425 and you will be connected with our emergency response system. The system will ask you the nature of your emergency and you will be contacted by a duty representative who will assist you until regular business hours resume. Program managers and senior counselors rotate as the on-call contact so you are connected with a knowledgeable staff member for your emergency call.
