We strive to ensure every partnership is a beneficial and positive experience. However, there may be a time when a vendor or provider is dissatisfied with our partnership. If this occurs, we want to know about it so we can review decisions and meet your needs. Whenever possible, we prefer issues are first addressed internally with your main contact. If necessary, you may request to speak to the executive director regarding the issue.

If you feel the issue is still unresolved, you may request an appeal in which the regional center will formally review your case. You have the right to appeal, express concerns and comment on our decisions at any time and we hope to resolve your issue as quickly and fairly as possible.
